ANCONA, SEASIDE TOWN. You will arrive and meet with our Tour Leader to visit Ancona, the ancient Ankòn, funded by the Greek on a hill shaped like an elbow on the largest natural port in the Adriatic Sea. We will visit spectacular places overlooking the high coast towards beaches, admiring squares and noble palaces on the hill’s roads, until we will reach the Romanic Cathedral of Ciriaco, the Cittadella, the Old Lighthouse, the Arc of Traiano and the Lazzaretto on the wharves of the port. We will have lunch at a restaurant with fish and seafood specialities. After dedicating the afternoon to further discoveries and walks on the beach, we will have dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

THE CONERO, SEASIDE SCENERIES AND SECRET BAYS. After breakfast we will go on an excursion to the beaches of the Conero to enter a true natural paradise. By boat we will reach white and solitary beaches between wonderful bays. We will dive into crystal clear waters waiting for the birds to come at sunset on the Baia dei Gabbiani. Those who are more expert will be able to dive with the instructors of the diving centre to explore the remains of a ship on a seabed of about 15 metres. In the evening we will get back for a barefoot aperitif and an Italian style sushi dinner. Overnight stay at hotel.

THE PARK OF GOLA ROSSA, BETWEEN STALACTITES AND STALAGMITES. After breakfast we will leave to go to the caves of the Park of Gola Rossa. We will visit the depths of the earth between stalactites and stalagmites, in a fantastic underground amongst the vastest of the world. We will admire the numerous natural sculptures that ornate the biggest hypogeum complex of Europe inside karst caves. We will visit and have lunch in a typical farm where ancient traditions have been producing wine for centuries, that are still a symbol of Marche, as well as sparkling wines and grappas that are obtained by the distillation of withering grape marc. You will then leave to go back.
