ORVIETO, GOTHIC ART AND MYSTERIOUS UNDERGROUNDS. Breakfast and visit to the Cathedral, a typical work of Gothic art of Central Italy. We contemplate the artistic façade and its decorations on this architectural ensemble like Renaissance frescoes realized in great pictorial cycles, like the Universal Judgment by Luca Signorelli. Straight after we admire the artistic collections of Palazzi Papali:Palazzo Soliano dedicated to the Opera Museum, the Cathedral and art works of Emilio Greco, great sculptor of the nineteen hundreds. We end morning visit at Alberi Library and its cycle of frescoes dedicated to the most important disciplines of the library.Lunch at restaurant. Afternoon guided tour down to the undergrounds of the city where thousands of Etruscan caves and tunnels will uncover mysteries of many of years ago. Free time to enjoy the fascinating atmosphere of the city and be amused by boutiques of terracotta and typical black ceramics. Dinner and overnight stay.

SPOLETO, THE BRIDGE OF TOWERS. Breakfast and excursion to Spoleto, famous for Two Worlds Festival. Our guide will show places of history and art representing the ancient capital of Lombard dukes, immersed in landscapes of rare beauty. To those who are not afraid of heights we suggest going on the Bridge of Towers between Rocca and Monteluco. It is not by chance that Goethe described it in his Italian Journey and Turner portrayed it in his impressive Medieval architecture. We go to the Cathedral to admire a great mosaic of the benedictory Christ, the frescos by Pinturicchio and the apse on the life of Filippo Lippi constituting a historic representation of Italian art. Transferred to Farm Resort for dinner with genuine food and local wines. Overnight stay.

SPOLETO, SPARKLING WINE AND COOKERY LESSONS. Breakfast and visit of the farm tasting of olive oil, sparkling wine and typical products to live an unforgettable experience between unique landscapes and welcoming people. Most of all we learn how to make handmade pasta, bread, stuffed zucchini and cakes. Departure after lunch.
