SANTO STEFANO BELBO, THE HOUSE ON THE HILL AMONG WINECELLARS. After a visit to his house in Santo Stefano Belbo that today hosts a museum, we go on to San Maurizio along an itinerary that evokes stories and characters of his works.Lunch in a typical restaurant of the Langa Astigiana tasting a cuisine where fresh products of the territory are combined with platters of cheese and cold cuts, in particular prestigious wines. Afternoon visit to the historical cellars of the Gancia, proposed by UNESCO as World Heritage of Humanity. We go down in the lower cells crossing long labyrinths and discover historical memories and wine fragrances. Dinner and night in an ancient monastery of the XIII century transformed into a Luxury Resort.

SACRED MOUNTAINS, PLACES OF THE SOUL. Breakfast and excursion to the Sacred Mountains. Our guide will take us in the places of soul where decorative architectures are in line with the crystal clear purity of landscape. We visit ancient monumental complexes like the New Jerusalem of Varallo, a cathedral made of forty-five chapels decorated by frescos and holding more than eight hundred natural size statues in terracotta. Lunch at a restaurant with exquisite meat, porcini mushrooms and genuine wine. Afternoon return to hotel where we relax with a healthy sauna or a thalassotherapy treatment in a salt cave. Dinner at the restaurant of the Relais considered a reference point for regional cuisine and for gastronomic experiences of high quality. Overnight stay.
