SORRRENTO AND CAPRI. After breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea of Sorrento, you will enjoy an excursion by ferry to Capri, the blue island. A walk with our guide through its poetic roads suspended between the colours of an enchanting sky-sea space. You will discover places of the true Capri lifesty le:the flourishing Gardens of Augustus, the mythical Faraglioni, the spectacular Via Krupp, and its famous Piazzetta. Time to relax whilst drinking a limoncello flavored with the taste of almond chocolate of the caprese cake. You will go on to boutiques of sandals, gold and coral jewels, delicate perfumes, colorful ceramics and inlaid wood. Afternoon visit at Villa San Michele and Ana capri to explore the Mediterranean novel of Axel Munthe, the refined Swedish writer and psychiatrist. AMALFI COAST: POSITANO, AMALFI AND RAVELLO. After breakfast, depart by private car to the Amalfi Coast. Through villages surrounded by vineyards, lemon and orange trees on terraces jutting out on the sea you will reach the enchanting Positano, suspended in its white Mediterranean architecture between hill and beach, you will refresh with an orange juice before going on to Amalfi, the ancient maritime Republic. Our guide will take you on a visit to its artistic Cathedral in Sicilian-Arab style. You will then assist to the extraordinary experience of the production of a piece of Amalfi paper if you want to write a special letter or to simply take note of your memories as would yesteryear travelers. Lunch prepared with famous fried anchovies from Cetara, a genuine salad of tomatoes from the coast and basil, olive oil and mozzarella. Cakes made following the recipes of the nuns accompanied by wines produced from Ravello grapes. A stop at the enchanted garden in the picturesque Villa Rufolo to breathe in the Wagnerian atmosphere of the Parsifal. SANT'AGATA DEI GOTI. Our guide will show you archaeological memories from the Samnites and Romans, up to the Lombards and Normans. Strolling through the artistic works of the Ducal Castle, the architectural portals of the churches with the bell towers inserted into the facades, the crypts hidden under the floors, you will discover places where cultural heritages have been overlapping for centuries. Admiring the elegance that hold the Romanic arches of the Cathedral and the fresco in the Church of the Annunziata, a fragment of history that doesn't only express the identity of ancient life, but Italian history as a whole. Today’s lunch consists typical food such as dried tomatoes and panzerotti, scamorza cheese, gnocchi with mozzarella, handmade pasta and meat sauce, grilled eggplant with mint, ratatouille with zucchini and peppers. Tasting the Falanghina, an ancient wine of a straw-like color. To celebrate the discovery of this territory you will be served a local cake with ricotta and almonds. Afternoon dedicated to relax at the hotel. In the evening, you will be overwhelmed by the intense perfume of the hotel's cellar, enchanted by the oak barrel and tasting wines such as Aglianico and Piedirosso. BENEVENTO, SAMNITES AND WITCHES. Breakfast and excursion by private car to Benevento. Our guide will tell you the legend of its founder, the Greek hero Diomede. You will walk under the Arc of Traiano, the most important honorary roman arc and enter into the ancient theatre built for the emperor Hadrian.
